Established in 2006, Central Research Institute is composed of seven major product and technology application-oriented institutes, including "Institute of Materials and Molding Engineering, Institute of Intelligent Green Surface Engineering, Institute of Water Purification Science, Institute of Green Coating Engineering, Institute of Livable Air, Institute of Healthy Kitchen and Bathroom, and Institute of Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering". It is also equipped with a "Technology R&D Joint Laboratory". Driven by the market, Central Research Institute focuses on the research and development and innovation of new technologies, new processes and new products, such as materials, surface engineering, water purification, livable air, whole-house healthy and intelligent K&B, intelligent equipment, and intelligent electronic control. Cherishing the cornerstone of green, intelligence and environmental protection, the mainline of health, intelligence and quality, the driving force of independent innovation, and the support of R&D innovation platform, the Research Institute optimizes and integrates resources to realize the full coverage of greenization, intellectualization and high-quality of the Group.
Over the years, Central Research Institute has undertaken one national torch project and more than ten government science and technology projects, and has won multiple technology patent awards and industry technology innovation awards granted by science and technology sectors.

GREEN SURFACE ENGINEERING
With the concept of deepening "green and healthy" environmentally-friendly surface treatment technology, the Institute of Intelligent Green Surface Engineering, in combination with the molding technology of different products substrates, establishes the core competence of green surface treatment technologies for the Group by using intelligent automation equipment and analysis and testing equipment, as well as green and environmentally-friendly wastewater treatment processes that can realize energy conservation and emission reduction, even zero emission.
